I came to Ashley looking for a way to start my coaching business, hone in on my niche, and find some initial practice clients in order to build my confidence in coaching. By the end of our time working together, I not only had a plan of action for getting my new coaching career off the ground but I was already making progress on that plan and obtaining new practice clients. Ashley offered up so many great pieces of advice as a more experienced coach while also creating a space where I could brainstorm and develop my own creative ideas and strategies that were unique to me. Ashley created such a warm and positive space during the coaching sessions. She really let me lead the way and bolstered my own strengths. I am so pleased with my coaching experience with Ashley. What I love most about this experience was Ashley's guiding energy. I received so much value from Ashley leading me to the answers that were already inside of me. The strategy intensive that I had with Ashley was worth its weight in gold! I've been struggling for several years to figure how to package up what I have to offer the world, and that held me back from starting my business. I've always had so many ideas, but no real structure or clarity so I wasn't able to take action. Ashley helped me take the mess inside of my head and turn it into a fully formed business concept. Something I had struggled to do for 3 years, we crystallized in 90 minutes! Wow!

Not only was the session amazing, the pre-session workbook was incredible! The workbook was comprehensive and included really meaningful, well thought-out questions that inspired a lot of deep reflection. I gained SO much insight just from that exercise alone.
